Customer Support Specialist
The Motor Company’s Customer Support (CS) is our heart. It handles all customer inquiries regarding the Astana Motors network of dealerships. To work as a CS Specialist, it is important to empathize with another person, adapt to another person’s behavior, have intuition and be willing to understand other people, be able to evoke confidence in another person, listen carefully, be open to others, and promote the well-being of others.

What does a CS Specialist do:

  • receives and handles customer complaints;
  • provides information support for dealership specialists;
  • is responsible for monitoring the level of customer loyalty;
  • controls and ensures smooth and prompt review of customer inquiries;
  • coordinates the work of responsible employees in handling complaints;
  • controls the correct registration and entering of complaint details in the system;
  • maintains analytical and statistical reports on the level of customer loyalty.

Our expectations of candidates:

  • at least one-year experience as a call center operator or in other similar positions;
  • high level of empathy;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • competent verbal and written speech;
  • business writing skills;
  • stress resistance, commitment, proactiveness, benevolence, openness, responsiveness, customer focus, desire to help;
  • good knowledge of MS Excel and Russian to Kazakh translation skills are welcome.
