Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan, a subsidiary of Astana Motors, is a full-cycle plant for the production of passenger cars.
Multi-brand factory
The production area will be 209,000 sqm.
The planned production capacity of the multi-brand plant is 90 thousand units per year, so new cars will come off the assembly line every 2.5 minutes. The enterprise will produce cars by the complete knock-down method using technological operations for welding, painting and assembly of the car.
More than 2,600 jobs will be created at the multi-brand plant. The main staff will be specialists in engineering and technical professions, who will adopt the experience and standards of leading auto groupы, as well as develop technologies in Kazakhstan.
Three semi-automated welding shops and three assembly lines will be put into operation at the multi-brand plant, which will create more jobs. The paint shop will be 90% automated and unified for all brands.
