A SERVICE CENTER HAS STARTED ITS OPERATION AT THE ASSEMBLY PLANT OF ASTANA MOTORS

An official opening of the service center was held at the Hyundai Trans Auto assembly plant which is part of Astana Motors KMC. The main activity of the service center is professional repair as well as service maintenance of commercial and passenger vehicles.

There are three stations where repair can be carried out simulataneously. As it was noted during the tour, the auto assembly plant has qualified staff, extensive expertise, and all necessary equipment recommended by Hyundai Motor Company (HMC). Besides maintenance which includes repair, diagnostics, replacement of engines for a similar engine, installation of gearbox and clutch, replacement of cabins, repair and replacement of electrical equipment and wiring, technical assistance, tire fitting and many other types of services, maintenance and repair of special vehicles as well as installation of additional equipment are carried out here.

The representatives of Hyundai Motor Company noted that "we are very glad to be present at the grand opening of the service center." According to Alexander Kravtsov, Head of the Service Department at Hyundai Trans Auto, a full range of services are provided here: from replacement of bolts to overhaul. “The special thing about our companty is that now it has become a service dealer. All works will be carried out according to a standard operating procedure, and the cost of services will be decreasing," noted A. Kravtsov.

It shoud be noted that Hyundai Trans Auto carries out professional repair and maintenance of commercial and passenger vehicles (buses) produced by Hyundai and MAZ. In addition to repair and maintenace of Hyundai and MAZ vehicles, installation of additional equipment is carried out.
