Ten million people in various countries own Chery cars. Mr. Loma came to get his new SUV with his son Rinat and said why he bought the Chinese brand car.
Karim Loma: I chose a new car under the Trade-in program together with my son, we test-drove Tiggo 8 PRO MAX, and I said: “We’re taking this car.” I like the classic style, and my son will help me handle the electronics (he is smiling). It’s convenient that the car has a voice assistant, side view cameras, emergency braking system. The car is smart, thinks and analyzes for the driver and is easy to drive. And what is important — service is available in Almaty, the car has a guarantee of seven years or 200 thousand kilometers, and the electronics — three years, it’s great!
According to the manufacturer, one of the advantages of the four-wheel Tiggo 8 PRO MAX is its third-generation fuel-efficient two-liter engine. Tiggo 8 PRO MAХ SUV is fast and powerful, is developed using high technologies, accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in less than eight seconds.

The sales from January to October of 2022 show that Chery ranked sixth among the country’s top 10 popular car brands, and in October got up to the fourth place.

The new plant’s capacity is over 90 thousand cars to be made by CKD assembly with body welding and painting.
The pilot production of first cars is scheduled for early 2025. This means Kazakhstan will have more new homemade vehicles in the near future, and Chery will become even closer to Kazakhstan residents.
