ASTANA MOTORS CONTINUES SUPPLIES OF EMERGENCY AMBULANCES TO KAZAKHSTAN PHYSICIANS. A BATCH OF HYUNDAI H350 AMBULANCES HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO PETROPAVLOVSK
Astana Motors has provided Petropavlovsk with 18 emergency ambulances fitted with defibrillators, lung ventilators, electrocardiographs and other high-class equipment made in Germany and Italy.
To date, Astana Motors has delivered 14 vehicles to Nur-Sultan and 18 vehicles to North Kazakhstan region out of 341 H350 Ambulances under the Road Map for upgrading ambulance fleets of the Republic of Kazakhstan through BRK-Leasing JSC. Another 309 ambulances will be shipped to regions in the short run.
Nurlan Aimanov, acting head of the North Kazakhstan Region Health Department, noted a number of advantages of new emergency ambulances:
“Hyundai H350 Ambulances ensure better conditions for providing first aid. These are wide capabilities of lung ventilators — ventilation of lungs of babies weighing 500 grams or more and elderly people, mobile transformable gurney that can be promptly loaded and unloaded by one paramedic with no assistance.”
“We have waited for this for a long time. North Kazakhstan has never seen so many ambulances delivered at a time. Each device is in its place, fixed as it should be, there is everything needed to render first aid,” Askhat Utebayev, Chief Physician of the regional ambulance center, said.
Hyundai H350 has been present on the world market since 2015. First Hyundai H350 Ambulance assembled in our country rolled off the production line of Hyundai Trans Auto (a car manufacturing subsidiary of Astana Motors) in March 2018. For the two years, the enterprise manufactured 370 ambulance vehicles, among them 185 Hyundai H350 Ambulances supplied to medical facilities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent in 2019.
“The need to upgrade the outdated ambulance vehicles has sharply risen amid the coronavirus pandemic, and Astana Motors has stepped up the manufacture of Hyundai H350 Ambulances to be delivered to physicians as soon as possible,” Adilbek Gaiyev, Director of Commercial Vehicle Distribution at Hyundai Com Trans Kazakhstan, said.
Physicians who have already been served with the ambulances supplied by Astana Motors, note the reliability, safety, functionality and ease of maintenance of Hyundai vehicles. An essential advantage of this vehicle is high comfort and smooth riding, which enables physicians to provide intensive care right on the way to a hospital.
Hyundai H350 Ambulance meets the technical regulations of the Customs Union, requirements of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for passenger vehicles and the Euro-5 environment standards.
