THE TANK 500 LUXURY SUV FOR NEW NOMADS!

The TANK 500 luxury SUV was presented in Almaty. The new premium car was unveiled by the brand’s authorized distributor, which is part of Astana Motors.

The TANK 500 is the flagship model of Chinese Great Wall Motor’s brand, which combines its best technical developments and high-end off-road performance, while meeting the classic standards of a luxury car.

This combination of qualities suggested the presentation theme – the nomads of our time. They learn about the world and love the beauty of their native places, follow traditions and keep up with trends and modern technologies, appreciate comfort and go for the premium.

The first owner of the TANK 500, Bakytbek Kurmanaliev, was a guest of honor at the presentation, “I found out about the TANK 500 on a Telegram channel. It mentioned the upcoming release of the new car and claimed that it had outstanding characteristics. The photos and description impressed me: a truly new level of comfort, power, safety, and technology. I drive a lot, so I know how each of these parameters matters. Plus a unique design and reliability in terms of both materials and servicing by the manufacturer and dealership! So I decided to purchase a TANK 500, and I was especially happy to be the first buyer of this car!”

The TANK 500 is structurally a classic body-on-frame SUV. It comes with a 3-liter 299 hp gasoline turbocharged 6-cylinder engine with 500 Nm of torque and automatic 9-speed transmission. To effectively use the transmission, engineers developed 11 driving “scenarios.” Rear-wheel drive is used by default, but in difficult road conditions, all-wheel drive can be activated. The car is offered in two configurations – Premium and Tech Plus, with the names speaking for themselves: the Tech Plus gives its owner the maximum technical capabilities of the brand, while the Premium pays more attention to its owner’s impressions: interior trim, audio system class, driver assistants brining the driving level almost to autopilot.
