New Hyundai Elantra Available in Kazakhstan

The upgraded seventh-generation Hyundai Elantra has been presented in Kazakhstan. The car is already available for purchase from the dealerships in Almaty and Astana and for preorder in the regions.

“We’re glad to present Hyundai Elantra in Kazakhstan with the upgraded body – the raised radiator grill is divided by a body-colored bar, the Parametric Jewel design highlights its depth, and the bold and elongated front headlights make Elantra look sporty. The model also features a new rear bumper, integrated taillights, an interesting design of refracting lines on the side doors, and a new Sage Green interior. The manufacturing of the new Hyundai Elantra started in September at Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan in Almaty. Now cars are coming to the dealerships throughout Kazakhstan,” Marat Smagulov, Director of Hyundai Distribution in Kazakhstan, as part of Astana Motors, said.

The length of the new Hyundai Elantra has increased by 60 mm and is now 4,710 mm. The other dimensions remain the same: width – 1,825 mm, height – 1,430 mm, and wheelbase – 2,720 mm.

The platform of the new Hyundai Elantra ensures maneuverability and stability. The car is powered by a fuel-efficient Smartstream G engine for the best driving performance. Configurations with a 1.6 L atmospheric engine of 123 hp and a 2 L engine of 149 hp are presented in Kazakhstan. The car is equipped with an intelligent continuously variable transmission.

The interior has comfortable seats with excellent support and is available in several colors, including Sage Green (eco-leather). The sporty steering wheel with buttons is leather-wrapped.

The dashboard features a full-color cluster display and a multimedia screen.

Driver and passenger safety is a special focus. The Lane Following Assist (LFA) system helps the driver on the road.

There are smartphone and other gadget connectivity features, as well as wireless charging. An interesting Bluetooth multi-pairing feature makes it possible to switch music between two smartphones connected wirelessly at the same time. There is an option to save personalized multimedia system settings.

The new Hyundai Elantra is available in nine colors, including black, white, blue, red, and several shades of gray. The car is presented in seven configurations. The price starts at 10,990,000 tenge. Five Hyundai services are offered as a gift.
