The harder the training, the easier the sale!

From 20-21 November, on the basis of Hyundai Premium Almaty dealership, training entitled "Sale of new model Sonata LF. Sales process NDE (New Dealership Experience)" was held, concerned with market launch of next generation of Hyundai Sonata and the start of new sales system H-CODE (Hyundai Customer Oriented Dealership Experience).

Distributors and dealers of Hyundai from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Armenia took part in training. Training was conducted by Tatyana Tereschenko from the regional representative office of Hyundai for CIS and Eastern Europe countries in Kiev, Ukraine.

In the course of training, participants considered distinctive features of the new Sonata, reviewed its differences from ancestor model (for this purpose, mini-test of new model and its ancestress was organized) and competitive advantage, and also they found out more about new sales system H-CODE.
