Check your waiting list status for Hyundai via the Telegram bot

A Telegram bot has been launched to check the waiting list status for Hyundai vehicles — Astana-Motors’ press service reports.

To do that, install the Telegram app on your smartphone or computer and sign up for the bot: https://t.me/hyundaikz_bot.

Launch the bot, press ‘Start’ and follow the guidelines. The bot is available in Kazakh and Russian.

Note that a service of SMS notifications of putting new clients on the waiting list was launched on June1. An SMS with the waiting list number and registration date is sent out once.

As before, dealer managers will also call up the clients as the waiting list number moves up.
