An Autumn Drive: How the Chery Picnic in Shymkent Was
A Chery picnic for Tiggo 7 PRO owners was held in Shymkent on the weekend. The picnic was attended by car lovers from the southern megalopolis, Turkestan region, Taraz, Kyzylorda and Baikonyr.
Client events are Chery’s tradition. The Chinese car brand is committed to please car owners not only with the quality and service but with all sorts of events where clients can meet, share experience, find new friends and have a good time. Such car picnics for the owners of various Chery models have already taken place in Almaty and Astana.
“Shymkent has a special atmosphere. We appreciate how warmly our clients responded and how Chery has won respect and trust in the southern region. Residents of Turkestan, Zhambyl and Kyzylorda regions come to our city to buy cars. We are planning to arrange more special activities for our clients and invite everyone to test drive new models,” Almaz Rakhimberdiyev, head of the sales department of the Chery Shymkent Dealership, said.
The picnic guests were not only offered eats & drinks and a show program but were also invited to show their creative skills: to think of and describe a concept of a new Chery Tiggo 7 PRO restyled version, name its benefits and make a car design with the specifications mentioned. And then to assembly a large model using cardboard, paints and their fantasy. Adults and children hit the ground running and also gained new experience.

“We bought cars just three weeks ago. We live in Baikonyr, a manager named Nursultan helped us to choose the car, consulted us remotely, met us and then invited to this picnic. It is very pleasant,” the guests from the space city said.

Today, the Chery dealerships operate in Astana, Almaty (including in the new Mycar Almaty at Kuldzhinsky highway), Shymkent, Kostanai, Uralsk, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, and Pavlodar.
Eight more dealerships will open by the end of the year: one more in Astana, as well as in Aktau, Zhezkazgan, Kokshetau, Kyzylorda, Taraz, Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Petropavlovsk.
