SUMMER ADVENTURE WITH JAGUAR LAND ROVER TOUR - 2018

For two days, Almaty hosted a large-scale event called “Jaguar Land Rover Tour - 2018”. Jaguar Land Rover Astana Motors organized a road show at Medeo, a high-mountain skating rink. This road show has become traditional all over the world. The guests of the grand event could get to know more about Jaguar and Land Rover cars as well as to drive any car in a special area.

The main element of the event is a test drive  during which the participants tested speed and dynamics of the Jaguar vehicle range and great capabilities of the Land Rover off-road vehicles. There was a special maneuvering site for the Jaguar vehicles where the guests refined their skills of dynamic driving, inlcluding driving along a high-speed track. A testing terrapod frame with main obstacles was built specially for the Land Rover SUVs: rollers, side slopes, cross-axling, swings, and fords. In addition to it, there was a City Jungle site simulating the main obstacles that a car encounters in a city.

All test drives were arranged with involvement of the professional instructors of the Jaguar Land Rover Experience who helped the participants to fully discover the potential of cars and  described all the advantages and features of the presented model range. The visitors of the road show could see the new Jaguar Land Rover models which are available in the dealership center in Almaty.

It should be noted that the Jaguar Land Rover Tour - 2018 is not just an exciting test drive, but also an excellent opportunity for a family leisure time. Jaguar Land Rover Astana Motors arranged a test drive site for the youngest guests for them to test  Jaguar and Land Rover electric vehicles; older children listened to the theoretical part of the Jaguar Land Rover First training program and learned about the safety rules on the roads and the vehicle structure.                               

Besides a test drive, the guests were offered to visit recreation, entertainment, and children's areas as well as a zone of the dealership center where the representatives of an official dealer, Jaguar Land Rover Astana Motors, provided all details about car purchase and special programs, including a loyalty program, financial services, and Trade-in.

"I myself like off-road driving very much, and I participated in the Ulken Boguty races when I was young. We are very pleased that foreign professional drivers have come to Almaty. They will upgrade different skills of the guests of the event and, above all, they will impart confidence in the guests' driving. Upon the whole, this road show is a very interesting event that demonstrates technical characteristics of cars and arouses true loyalty among fans of this brand,” said Nurlan Smagulov, President of Astana Group.

From April to November, test drives of Jaguar and Land Rover cars are arranged in 20 different regions. The road show has been already held in Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, and Irkutsk. Kazan, St. Petersburg, Ryazan, Minsk, and other cities will be next. The visit of the Jaguar Land Rover Experience is perhaps the best way to reveal the nature of the iconic cars and learn their potential. It is a complete immersion in the atmosphere of the legendary brands, and with the help of a team of qualified instructors it is also an opportunity to get special driving skills that help feel more confident when driving a car.
