ASTANA MOTORS TO INTRODUCE A CAR REGISTRATION SERVICE IN ITS DEALER CENTERS

An office of the Specialized Car Owners Service Center (SpetsTsON) was officially opened in Toyota Center Astana Motors on August 8, 2020, at: 6 Shakarim Kudaiberdyuly St., Nur-Sultan.

The dealer center offers Astana Motors clients the services of vehicle registration and deregistration as well as replacement and obtaining of a driving license and national number plate for a car of any brand within the Astana Motors portfolio. To use the service, one should produce his/her ID card and the contract with the motor center.

State Corporation Government for Citizens supported the initiative of Astana Motors to open offices of the Specialized Car Owners Service Center in its motor centers for the safety and convenience of clients. Today, Specialized Car Owners Service Center employees provide services in the Hyundai Premium Almaty motor center at: 107/1 Al-Farabi Ave., Zharokov St. Corner, Almaty.

“The basic need now is keeping distance from each other. During this time difficult for all of us, State Corporation Government for Citizens should respond to new challenges and place a priority on the safety and convenience of providing offline public services. Therefore, the minimization of contacts wherever possible is an important task for all of us, and opening of such mini service centers right in a showroom is the first step to implement the task,” Bagdat Mussin, First Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted.

“We create most comfortable conditions for our clients. The world is speeding up, and mobility is very important today. The opportunity to buy a car, to register it and obtain a state number plate in the same place will save time and resources of car owners. This service is specially convenient for clients of the Trade-in program — exchange and purchase of used cars,” Beknur Nessipbayev, General Director of Astana Motors, pointed out.

He also added that the company was planning to further open offices of the Specialized Car Owners Service Center in a number of its dealer centers throughout the country.

It is worth reminding that Toyota Center Astana Motors, the first official Toyota dealer center in Kazakhstan’s capital, was opened in March 2009.  The car dealer has a showroom, service station and warehouse of original spare parts. Clients can have a look at a complete range of Toyota cars offered in Kazakhstan, test drive a car, take out an insurance policy, get a car loan, install additional equipment as well as benefit from Specialized Car Owners Service Center services. 

The motor center offers the Trade-in program which enables to exchange your car of any brand for a new Toyota car, subject to payment of the price difference.
