ASTANA MOTORS OPENS A HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP CENTER IN SHYMKENT

The Hyundai Otyrar dealership center was officially opened the day before in Shymkent. It is the 21st center in the dealership network of Hyundai Auto Kazakhstan, Hyundai’s official distributor, which is part of Astana Motors.

The opening ceremony was attended by Maksut Issakhov, First Deputy Akim of Shymkent, Aibek Sattybayev, Deputy Akim of Shymkent, and Beknur Nessipbayev, General Director of Astana Motors.

The new Hyundai Otyrar dealership center has a total area of 2,145 square meters and was built under the international standards of Hyundai Motor Company, South Korea. The company invested KZT 1.5 billion in the project.

Cars are supplied to Hyundai dealership centers in Kazakhstan by Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan, a domestic enterprise, which is a subsidiary of Astana Motors.

Hyundai Otyrar has given more than 100 jobs to the residents of Shymkent. The company puts special focus on the development of its human potential and offers many professional development opportunities to its employees.

The opening of the Hyundai Otyrar dealership center will positively impact the economic development of the growing metropolis.

We intend to build several more facilities in 2022, among which another Hyundai dealership center and a multifunctional auto center, Mycar. It is worth reminding that Astana Motors is one of the largest taxpayers in Kazakhstan’s automotive industry. In the first nine months of 2021, the company paid KZT 50.8 billion to the national and local budgets.

Astana Motors has 30 own dealers in Kazakhstan, commercial vehicle production plant Hyundai Trans Almaty, and passenger car production enterprise Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan.

In 2021, the company expects to sell more than 36,000 passenger and commercial vehicles and to produce 29,000 passenger cars and 1,000 commercial vehicles.

Hyundai Otyrar offers to its customers comfortable conditions for purchase and maintenance of cars, such as a service station, original spare parts, accessories, car wash, trade-in and credit programs. The service station has been fitted with modern equipment of leading foreign brands. It offers nine service posts, including posts for freight vehicles and buses, as well as two detailing posts and three car wash posts.
