Astana Motors commissioned leading British architects and designers at Chapman Taylor to develop Lexus Astana. The new dealership building with an area of about 4,000 square meters will be built in the Nura district of the Kazakh capital, Astana.
On September 3, the President of Toyota Motor Kazakhstan John Thomson, the Vice President of Lexus Europe Pascal Rouch and the founder of Astana Motors Nurlan Smagulov laid a “time capsule” in the foundation of the future Lexus Astana dealership in Astana. The capsule carries a package with a symbolic message to future generations, and it is due to be opened in 65 years for the 100th anniversary of the Lexus brand.
“The construction of the new Lexus Astana dealership shows the solid growth of the Lexus dealership network in Kazakhstan and the successful partnership of the brand with Astana Motors. Lexus cars are highly appreciated in Kazakhstan, placing the brand at the top of the premium segment. We are pleased to share our success story of Lexus in Kazakhstan with Astana Motors and are confident that this will be the best Lexus dealership in Europe,” said Pascal Ruch, Vice President of Lexus Europe.

The Lexus dealership in Astana has been active since 2012 and on the completion of the construction will move to a new building with a large showroom and comfortable premises for customers. The building was designed to the Lexus brand standards with a touch of the Kazakh national style.
“Toyota Motor Kazakhstan and Astana Motors have had a successful partnership for over 30 years. All this time, our companies have focused on customers, their interests and expectations,” said Astana Motors founder Nurlan Smagulov. “We are strengthening our ties with the world-famous Leхus brand and building on our cooperation by providing maximum comfort for our customers.”
