LEXUS ASTANA RECEIVES THE LEXUS KIWAMI 2020 AWARD

Pascal Ruch, Vice President Lexus Europe, has officially congratulated the Lexus Astana dealer center team on receiving the esteemed international award.

Lexus Europe annually awards Lexus Kiwami to the best dealers for excellent work, commitment to the Lexus five-star service standards, providing outstanding level of Omotenashi hospitality, and achieving successful business performance.

Following a two-stage selection and evaluation process, 14 Lexus Kiwami 2020 (translated from Japanese as ‘maximum’) award winners were determined, with Lexus Astana among them.

For the first time in Kazakhstan, Lexus Astana was twice on the list of the best dealers for its achievements in maintaining the highest hospitality standards (only four Lexus dealers from among all nominees have earlier been awarded twice).

The Lexus Astana dealer center demonstrates how Omotenashi hospitality principle can be successfully applied in the Kazakhstan’s market. This principle is inspired by Japanese traditions, based on anticipating and fulfilling client wishes, and is the key factor in all Lexus activities.
