BMW X7 IS IN KAZAKHSTAN NOW!

BMW X7 is so big, powerful, stylish, and long-awaited that the first car has already been bought. Gennady Golovkin, a famous Kazakhstani boxer, a winner of many championship titles and awards, has already put this luxury crossover in his garage.

The world premiere of BMW X7 took place at the last Auto Show in Los Angeles, and on May 16, 2019, a new model was delivered to Kazakhstan: Autocenter-Bavaria, an official importer of the brand, unveiled a car at the private event in Almaty. The headliner of the evening was NAZIMA, a finalist of the first season of the television show “Songs” and a singer of Black Star Inc.  Dedicated fans of the brand were the first to see a new model. The well-known media people, stars of cinema, TV, and sports were among the fans. But it was not the only pleasant surprise of this evening. The guests of Autocenter-Bavaria had an opportunity to see another new vehicle: an updated model of the BMW 7 Series of the 6th generation.

“The new BMW X7 is not only the flagship of the X family, but it is also an embodiment of BMW’s progressive approach to automotive luxury.” This is exactly how Joseph Kaban, Head of the Design Department of the BMW Group,has described a big crossover. And he is quite right.

The designers of BMW X7 managed to do almost impossible: to combine an elegant fusion of presence and personality and to create a real premium-class vehicle. Despite its majestic appearance, it gives an impression of lightness and agility thanks to the puristic design and athletic style. At the same time, the considerable spaciousness of the interior offers a pioneering interplay of exclusivity, functionality, and freedom – incomparable comfort all the way to the third row of seats. Charm is its essence. Elegance is its character.

BMW X7 has been exclusively created to be No. 1.This vehicle with the length of 5,151 mm and the wheelbase of 3,105 mm easily outperforms all closest premium competitors. The exterior of the new model also surpasses its counterparts: an exclusive Ametrin Metallic color, a huge branded “kidney grille”, wide rear doors, 20-inch wheels in the base version (20/22-inch as options), elegant chrome trim, and adaptive LED or laser-phosphor headlights.

But even more luxury and space are inside, behind large weighty doors: Vernasca leather, a five-zone climate control unit, electric front seats, a panoramic roof, and an entertainment system for passengers of the second and third rows. None of the competitors has such an impressive range of options.

There are certainly similar features with other models. X7 has adopted some options of X5: 12.3-inch diagonal displays of the instrument cluster and OS 7.0 media system, remote climate control, a central dashboard with many buttons, and an electrically powered two-section split tailgate.

But there are also significant differences: for example, plenty of space for passengers in the back. The third row of seats is originally set in X7, while the second row is optional (either a three-seater or two separate electrically controlled seats with armrests and ottomans).

The flagship of the Bavarian crossovers is certainly a true collection of outstanding technologies and the latest innovative solutions. Their task is to create exceptional impressions from driving BMW X7 and ensure safety for everyone in a spacious car.

The cockpit of X7 is designed according to the latest concept. It is ergonomic, intuitively friendly, and absolutely functional. A driver can use Driving Assistant and Parking Assistant when reversing and many other assistance systems, which perfectly match the package of BMW Personal CoPilot, creating maximum comfort in the cabin.

What is under the hood? During the market launch in Kazakhstan, the new BMW X7 is available in three versions: xDrive30d (3.0 l., diesel, 265 hp), petrol xDrive40i (3.0 l., 340 hp), and the powerful M50d, which is at the top. It is a 4-supercharged diesel unit of 3.0 l. (400 hp). The model has also a standard M-package and an active rear differential.

All engines are aggregated with an 8-step automatic and four-wheel drive. The list of options also includes adaptive shock absorbers or air suspension (by the way, they are available in the standard configuration).

The new BMW X7 has special packages: M-Sport and Off-Road. The first package modifies the exterior of the crossover with eye-catching attachments and suspension with other superstructures, while the second package includes an electronically controlled rear differential lock, bottom protection, and off-road modes for control electronics.

BMW X7 is a true Bavarian brand, which can make its owners’ driving enjoyable, allowing them to feel proud.
