 1993
- The first contracts for direct supply of Toyota cars were signed.
- The first specialized showroom was opened.
1994
- Spare parts management for cars VAZ, GAZ, KAMAZ, UAZ was created.
- Opening of the first specialized service station on servicing and repairs of Japanese cars.
1995
- Opening of the first TASS (Toyota Authorized Service Station) in Kazakhstan.
- Distribution agreement with «Mobil Oil» company was signed .
1996
- «Standard Oil» LLP was established - the official distributor of «Mobil» in Kazakhstan.
- Acquisition of controlling stake in OJSC «3rd taxi park».
- Reconstruction of the building.
1997
- Registration of KMC «Astana Motors» branch in Astana.
- The opening of the showroom. The President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev’s visit to the opening.
- Delivery of the first fleet of taxis Tofas Sahin for the operation in OJSC «3rd taxi park».
- Participation in the first motor rally «Toyota Vehicleavan»: Moscow - Almaty.
- 5 000 vehicles sold since the beginning of the company’s operation.
1998
- Acquisition of controlling stake in LLP «Celine Lada» (Astana).
- Participation in the second motor rally «Toyota Vehicleavan»: Almaty - Tbilisi.
- Delivery of 100 Hyundai Sonata III taxis for the operation in OJSC «3rd taxi park».
1999
- Delivery of 20 Hyundai County buses and 70 minibuses Hyundai H-100 for the operation in OJSC «3rd taxi park» on city routes.
2000
- The opening of a new Auto-centre in Astana.
2001
- An agreement was signed with «Fuji Heavy Industries» (Japan) on the direct supply of Subaru cars to Kazakhstan.
2002
- Opening of Auto-centre «Subaru Centre Kazakhstan».
2003
- «Hyundai Centre Kazakhstan» was established - the official distributor of «Hyundai Motor Company».
- Launch of direct delivery and sales of Hyundai cars.
- Supply of 50 buses Hyundai County for operation on urban routes.
- The opening of the gallery «Art Centre Alma-Ata».
- Opening of outdoor place on the territory of Auto-centre «Toyota Centre Almaty».
- Opening of showroom in the city of Kostanai.
2004
- The opening of branches in the cities of Aktau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Shymkent.
- An exclusive distribution agreement was signed between «Fuji Heavy Industries» and «Subaru» subdivision.
- An exclusive distribution agreement was signed between «Hyundai Motor Company» and «Hyundai Centre Kazakhstan».
- Presentation of modern showroom «Hyundai Centre Kazakhstan».
- Opening of the School of extreme driving under «Subaru Motor Kazakhstan». Creation of a sports team «Astana Motors».
- The victory at the award «Choice of the Year».
- Title «Auto-dealer # 1 in Kazakhstan» received.
- Presentation of the Club «Astana Motors» - the first in Kazakhstan a formal organization of clients of automotive company.
- 2 400 Toyota, Subaru and Hyundai cars sold. Thus, the share of the car market in the Republic exceeded 30%.
2005
- Ïîëó÷åíèå ïðåñòèæíîé íàãðàäû «Subaru Sales Award 2004»: «Àñòàíà Ìîòîðñ» ïðèçíàíà òðåòüèì â ìèðå îôèöèàëüíûì äèñòðèáüþòîðîì Subaru ïî äèíàìèêå ïðîäàæ – ðîñò ñîñòàâèë áîëåå 200% â ãîä.
- Ïðèîáðåòåíèå ÒÎÎ «ÀÂÒÎÖÅÍÒÐ-ÁÀÂÀÐÈß» è ïîëó÷åíèå äèñòðèáüþòîðñêîãî ñîãëàøåíèÿ íà ïîñòàâêó è îáñëóæèâàíèå àâòîìîáèëåé BMW.
- Îòêðûòèå äèëåðñêèõ öåíòðîâ â Ïàâëîäàðå, Ïåòðîïàâëîâñêå, Êîñòàíàå.
- Ïîäïèñàíèå äèñòðèáüþòîðñêîãî ñîãëàøåíèÿ ïî ðåàëèçàöèè êîììåð÷åñêîé òåõíèêè ìåæäó «Hyundai Motor Company» è «Hyundai Motor Kazakhstan».

2006
- The prestigious award «Subaru Sales Award 2004» received: «Astana Motors» was recognized as the world's third official distributor of Subaru on the dynamics of sales - increased by over 200% per year.
- Acquisition of «AUTO-CENTRE-BAVARIA» LLP and receiving of a distribution agreement for the supply and servicing of BMW cars.
- Opening of dealership centres in Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Kostanai.
- The signing of distribution agreement for the sales of commercial vehicles between «Hyundai Motor Company» and «Hyundai Motor Kazakhstan».
- The introduction of innovative banking products on the market of car loans.
- Company received a prestigious award «Hyundai Award Excellence 2005».
- The victory at the award «Choice of the Year». Receiving of a title «Auto-dealer #1 in Kazakhstan 2005».
2007
- 15th anniversary of the Kazakh Motor Company «Astana Motors».
- General Sponsorship of projects to climb the highest peaks of the world - Everest and K2, by Kazakh climbers.
- Car premiere of the year: Toyota Corolla, Subaru Tribeca, Nissan Qashqai, upgraded Nissan X-Trail and Patrol, BMW X5, Subaru Impreza, Hyundai Elantra, etc.
- The commercial unit Hyundai Centre Kazakhstan - Hyundai Truck & Bus becomes a self-management unit.
- Opening dealer centres in Kyzyl-orda city.
- The quality recognition prize “Flawless” received from the National league of Kazakhstan’s consumers.
- The signing of an agreement between subsidiary of KMC «Astana Motors» and Toyota Motor on intent for an early conclusion of a treaty Toyota Dealer in Astana.
